About HUX HR Solutions

HUX HR Solutions Limited was founded by Steve Huxham in 1997. Much has changed since then - what was originally just a retained Recruitment partner to organisations large and small, with HUX offering a value for money, flat fee, top quality Search and/or Selection service now offers a much broader and diverse range of Resourcing services. The current operating name of HUX deliberately reflects that range. 

 

What hasn't changed over time is the commitment to ethics, quality and cost effective work, transparency, and clear and frequent open and frank communications, which our customers value. Neither have we changed our approach to the avoidance of customer conflicts of interests or loyalty - if we work with you, you know that we will not be working with your competitors next week/month/year, and you also know that your organisation will remain fully "off limits" for as long as you reciprocate that loyalty back to HUX. in this way we can adopt a multidisciplinary approach by role, and deliberately aim to work only with one or two customers in each and every market sector.

 

We adopt a "hands on approach" with clients at all levels and to all assignments - although we work with long term and trusted partners as and when their input is required, the whole point of the HUX approach is that you can be certain that you will have access to the expertise of Steve Huxham on each and every project.
